Purpose of processing
We inform people who provide us with personal information by sending an e-mail or other means through this website, that their data will be added to files or databases of everis Foundation, with the following purposes:
• To manage the announcement and awarding of prizes. To register for a particular call, the user must send an email to our address (fundacion@everis.com), indicating at least your name and last name, project name, city and university where it belongs (except in the Essay Award, where the "in escrow" procedure guarantees the anonymity of the proposals by pseudonyms). These data are necessary and mandatory for the everis foundation in order to keep track of registered candidates in the different calls and to maintain contact with them, without prejudice to the additional user requirement to present its proposal at the headquarters of the foundation. If you are awarded, personal data relating to your name and last name, educational background, professional experience, publications or research, position and current occupation, photography, etc., that you voluntarily provide, will be published and will be available on this website.
• To make statistics.
• To send information regarding activities of the everis foundation that may be of interest, such as, without limitation, calls for awards, news, events, newsletters, conferences, publications, etc.
• IP Addresses: from the moment users access our website, our machines could register their Internet address in the form of LOG files (historical records). Consequently, users leave a trace of their IP address that their access provider has assigned to them for each session, in such a way that each enquiry, consultation, visit or call to an element of a website may be registered. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LOG files are anonymous (meaning that users’ names and addresses are not shown) and will only be used for internal purposes such as statistical ones, to control access to the website.
