Eduardo Serra, president of the everis foundation and vice president of everis, is a law graduate and member of the public prosecutors group. He is linked to the company since October 2005 as president of the everis foundation. Recently he has been appointed by the Board of Directors of the company as vice president of everis. Serra, who has developed his career at both public and private sector, was Minister of Defense of the Spanish Government between 1996 and 2000.
Teresa Jambrina holds a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and postgraduate studies in Law and Human Resources. In 2002, she joined everis as a member of the Corporate Legal Advisory Counsel. In April 2009, she was appointed Secretary of the everis Executive Committee and the everis foundation Board of Trustees. She is also Deputy Secretary of the Counsel on various subsidiaries of the everis Group and is responsible for commercial and corporate management of the various subsidiaries and affiliates of the group.

Ricardo Penalva, vice president of the everis foundation, Industrial Engineering PhD from ICAI. His professional career has been focused on the consulting industry and technology. He joined everis in 1999 and since then he has held a position of director of international business development and director of the Miami and Barcelona offices.
António Brandão de Vasconcelos, patron of everis foundation, is CEO of everis Portugal. With a degree in Electrical Engineering, joined everis in 1999 and has led the opening of the local operation. Throughout his career, tied both with private and public sector, António has worked in the information technology industry.

Marc Alba, patron of the everis foundation, is a recognized expert in business innovation and regional development. Computer Engineering graduate, holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Production of Systems and Interrelated Business. He is currently everis partner.
José María Bastero de Eleizalde, patron of the everis foundation, Naval Engineering PhD and Industrial Engineering graduate. He is Director of the Advisory Council for Science and Technology (Ministry of Industry) since October 2002. He is Professor of Mechanics in the Escuela Superior de Ingenieros Industriales at the University of Navarra since 1978, where he was also Rector.

His career has been linked to lead transformation processes in the areas of business, operational and technology for the financial sector.
Jaime Castellanos Borrego, patron of the everis foundation, Law degree from the Universidad de Deusto. He is currently president of Willis Iberia and Lazard Asesores Financieros. He also holds the position of director in Casbega, Areas and Acciona.
José Ignacio Goirigolzarri, patron of the everis foundation, director of APD since 2004, vice president of Deusto Business School and Governor of the Spanish Confederation of Managers and Executives (CEDE). His career has been linked to the BBVA Group until 2009, where he served as CEO.
Juan Urrutia, patron of the everis foundation, is Professor of Economic Analysis, President of the Executive Committee of the Spanish Consortium and Chair of the Board of the Fundacion Urrutia Elejalde. He has been Professor at the University of the Basque Country, where he held a position of Vice President for Research, Dean of Business and Economics Faculty and Director of the Institute of Public Economics.

Fernando Francés, president of everis and patron of everis foundation, was primarily responsible for the foundation of the company in Spain in 1996. Graduated in Mathematics at Complutense University, he has spent his career entirely in the world of consulting. Francés has specialized in the areas of technology and telecommunications throughout his career as consultant at leading companies in the sector, before the birth of everis.
Felix Bonmatí, patron of the everis foundation, he is president of everis Italy since 2008. Economist and MBA from Instituto de Empresa, has led several executive areas within the company (Public Sector, Marketing, Strategy) before becoming, in 2006, the Director of Group Operations. It is also patron of the Information Technologies Foundation (FTI).
Fernando Panizo, patron of the everis foundation, is economics graduate and currently advisor and consultant in several companies. During his long career, tied to both the public and private sector, it is worth noting the positions held as Secretary of Tourism of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism in 1990; and Undersecretary of Industry and Energy of the Ministry of Industry and Energy in 1987.
Rui Costa Santos, patron of the everis foundation, Engineering graduate from the University of Genoa (Italy) and MBA from the University of Stanford (California). In July 1994, he was appointed Managing Director of UBS and Country Head for Portugal.
John de Zulueta, patron of everis foundation and everis director representing controlling shareholders, holds a bachelor's in contemporary history from Stanford University (California) and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business (New York). In 1991, he was named managing director of Sanitas, S.A. de Seguros (BUPA Group), a company he headed until May 2009. In February 2010, he was named president of USP Hospitales. He is the sole administrator of the Point Lobos company and represents it on the Advisory Board of 3i Europe.
